The brewery has been manufacturing sake for over 300 years, and the stubborn enthusiasm of Shigeemon, the owner of the brewery, can be felt in his excellent sake products. The brewery has been rebuilt several times since its establishment and the house yeast has been passed on for all those 90 years since the current one has been in use.
