Sake storage

Sake should be stored in a cool place.

Temperature control is important for sake preservation.

Store in a cool place such as a wine cellar: 5-15/40-60.

Keep Nama-zake/Sparkling sake & Ginjo-shu at 4/40 or lower.

Sake is less oxidized than wine.

But once opened, sake should be consumed within 1 month.
